STEP 1
Activate UAN: Click Here to activate UAN
Before proceeding with the withdrawal process, ensure that your UAN is activated.
Visit the UAN Member Portal and follow the registration process to activate your UAN.
Provide the required details such as UAN, PF number, name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
STEP 2
Log in to the UAN Member Portal:
Once your UAN is activated, log in to the UAN Member Portal using your UAN and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password" option.
STEP 3
KYC Verification:
Ensure that your KYC (Know Your Customer) details such as Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account are updated and verified on the UAN portal.
If any KYC details are missing or need to be updated, you can do so by providing the necessary documents.
STEP 4
Form 19 - PF Withdrawal Form:
On the UAN Member Portal, go to the "Online Services" section and click on "Claim (Form-31, 19 & 10C)".
Verify your bank account details displayed on the screen.
Select Form 19 for PF withdrawal after resignation.
STEP 5
Fill out Form 19:
Provide the required information in Form 19, including your name, date of birth, UAN, PF account details, and reason for leaving the job (resignation).
Verify the details and click on the "Verify" button.
STEP 6
Submit the Claim:
Once the form is verified, click on the "Get Aadhaar OTP" button to generate an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
Enter the OTP and click on the "Submit" button to complete the claim submission process.
STEP 7
Tracking Claim Status:
After submitting the claim, you can track the status of your PF withdrawal application on the UAN Member Portal.
Go to the "Online Services" section and click on "Track Claim Status" to check the progress of your withdrawal.
STEP 8
Amount Credited: Once the PF withdrawal application is processed and approved by the EPFO, the withdrawal amount will be credited directly to the bank account linked to your UAN.
